The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has arraigned a former aide to ex-Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, over an alleged multi-billion naira fraud linked to a controversial CCTV security contract awarded during the previous administration in the state.
According to the anti-corruption agency, the case centers on the award and execution of a CCTV surveillance project valued at approximately ₦8.68 billion.
