The governor also assured residents that work would continue on outstanding projects and campaign promises, emphasizing that his administration would not slow down its pace of development. He reaffirmed plans to ensure that every part of the state benefits from ongoing government programmes and initiatives.

Speaking specifically about the Rano Emirate, Yusuf pledged that key projects earmarked for the area would receive priority attention. He highlighted the planned expansion and dualisation of the Karfi–Rano Road, the provision of subsidised fertilisers for farmers and the renovation of the Emir’s Palace among projects intended to improve economic activities and the welfare of residents.

The governor also thanked the people of the emirate for their continued support and confidence in his administration, promising to justify the trust placed in his government through sustained development efforts.

In his remarks, the Emir of Rano commended Yusuf for what he described as remarkable achievements recorded within three years in office. The traditional ruler praised the completion of road projects in Rano, Kibiya and Bunkure local government areas, saying they had improved transportation and boosted economic activities in the region. He also acknowledged the continuation of the Kaluwaiwai Water Project and lauded efforts toward upgrading the Rano Emirate Hospital to a Federal Medical Centre and converting the School of Rural Technology in Rano into a Federal Polytechnic.

The monarch pledged the continued cooperation and support of the people of Rano Emirate, stressing the importance of working together to promote peace, stability and development across Kano State.
