Civil servants in Delta State have been handed a major welfare boost after Governor Sheriff Oborevwori approved the permanent payment of a 13th month salary, a move that has been widely welcomed by workers and residents across the state.
The landmark decision was approved during a meeting of the Delta State Executive Council held in Asaba on Friday, July 3.
